Winthrop Inter-Island
The new season-opener tournament is open to everyone. We will play a best ball format with two-person teams (with handicaps). In the spirit of the Ryder Cup, we will match the two best cards from North haven and Vinal Haven to see which island is the winner.
Fox Islands Par 3
The course is re-routed so that every hole is a fun and challenging Par 3. Two person teams play in a modified Stableford format.
Tarratine Club Away Match
The first half of our annual home and away match against the Tarratine Club of Isleboro.
Newman Cup
Can anyone defeat the Newman father-daughter team who currently hold the eponymous cup? Form a team and take your best shot!
Fox Islands Grab Bag
The counterpart to the Fox Islands Par 3. In this two-person event, each player can only use each club in their bag once from the tee.
NHGC vs Tarratine at Home
The second half of our annual home and away match against the Tarratine Club of Isleboro.
Member Guest
The last major event of the 2024 season is a first-ever NHGC Member Guest tournament. We are still working out the details, but the event will be geared towards providing an opportunity to host friends who would like to visit the island and see the club — though member/member pairs may also sign up if space permits. There will be awards in several categories, and social activities planned for Friday evening. Watch your inbox for more details.
